Summary: I was surprised to find this little gem in Fruitland, ID. Clean, well-stocked, great neighborhood. Easy check-in/out. Will gladly stay there again if visiting.

Summary: Our stay was quite pleasant. We did not cook any meals during our stay, however we noticed the kitchen counter was quite sticky and the tile behind the stove looks like it needs to be cleaned. The rest of the house was very clean.

Summary: This was our third time staying at this property. Nick is such a great host. He is very communicative and always on the ready if we need something. House is always clean and everything is in the kitchen that you would need to make a meal. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: Wonderful stay! The home had everything we needed to feel right at home. Great communication with owner and nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean, light open floor plan. Definitely recommend and hope to return during warmer months to take advantage of the huge fenced back yard. Thank you

Summary: Had an issue with access to start off which put a damper on the trip. As soon as we got a hold of the property owner they made it right. When we finally got in, the place was really nice & pretty clean. The owner was very accommodating. If the access issues were worked out I'd stay again.

Summary: This was our second time at this property. As with the first, it was excellent! Nick is a great host and very communicative. When I inquired if there was a barbecue to use, he made it happen and one showed up the next day! We’ll be back next time we are in the area.
