Summary: A fun time was had by everyone. The house has lots of space to spread out and plenty of things to do. The pool table was used a lot as well as the swimming pool. Almost everyone caught fish. The most amazing thing was when everyone put their phones away to play games and when we gathered for meals. Michael is a great host and quick to respond to my questions.

Summary: This property was so perfect for my family group of 3 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 8 to 14. The kids loved their dorm-style loft with its own kitchenette, wall-mounted TV and private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms were very comfy and cane with their own tv's as well. The kitchen has every gadget imaginable and there is a nice gas grill for outdoor grilling. Mike provided the propane. There was something for everyone to do from swimming in the pool, playing billiards, ping-pong, darts, kayaking, fishing and we even swam in the lake. It was very refreshing. And not to mention a wonderful book selection as well. Mike is the host with the most. He even managed to order up some great weather throughout our stay. Nothing beats the stunning sunsets over Lake Livingston. You can't go wrong renting this Wonderful lake house.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family getaway. The house was great on the water, games provided at the house were so much fun for both kids and adults! One bedroom was a little on the warm side, but luckily there were fans provided. Owner had awesome communication and responded very quickly! We hope to be back!

Summary: The floor payland is very open so if you need assistive walkineed assistive walking devices it is very easy to get around.. Getting to the dock is easy access and could be easily made with a electric chair. Was very surprised with the quick response to any of my questions in the assistance of any of my problems. Period of course I brought too much because everything was there that I would need. The bands are very very hard It's clean and comfortable.. The neighbors were sweet and very talkative,, The lady at the front gate was very knowledgeable and helped us to find out things that were going on around the neighborhood. Thank you again for a very very enjoyable time. For someone that has physical limitations I enjoyed myself Tremensely.

Summary: Great for families. Loved the pool, kayaks, boat dock in back yard. Kitchen is fully stocked. (I did have a little trouble with the stovetop because I have never used one like that.) Owner is very helpful and available. House is very homey and comfortable and I liked the neighborhood. Not too far from the town of Livingston for groceries. (No liquor sold in Livingston, just a heads up. ) We spent a lot of time sitting and watching the lake. It was very peaceful. Loved the books, pool table and other things that are available for fun. We even tried out the ping pong table and juggling balls! Highly recommend. The only small issue we had was the temperature was slightly warm in the bedrooms at night.
