Positive: The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, which made fixing meals far easier than anticipated. The bed count also represented proper beds for everyone, without pull-out couches inflating the number. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was within comfortable driving distance of Gatlinburg. I really appreciated that their per night price was much closer to the actual cost than many other similar properties.

Negative: Parking for our group was like a game of Jenga, since many arrived separately. We were also deeply disappointed to realize on the second day of our two night visit that the hot tub was off and cold. It took too long to get it heated, so we were unable to make use of the much anticipated hot tub.
