Quiet, spacious 1850sf Townhome in Foxfire Village, overlooking the golf course, w/ Foxfire clubhouse, driving range and pickleball courts within one mile! Sleeps 8 very comfortably on Premium mattresses across 3 bedrooms, each w/ its own full bath, its own walk in closet and large smartTVs.
Offers 2 semi-outdoor spaces without the pollen! One is an enclosed upper balcony off BOTH bedrooms (not pictured) where you can enjoy your coffee or nightcap and enjoy birdsong and peaceful views of Foxfire's 11th fairway, as well as a large Sunroom on the main-level featuring skylights and all glass doors/windows, where all 8 can dine comfortably (even though only 6 chairs are pictured).
This isn't a "bare-bones" type place but a well-appointed, timelessly decorated home away from home for the owners. Your stay will offer every thoughtful feature you'd expect: Full-size Washer & Dryer, Side-by-side Frig/Freezer w/ Ice on demand, Keurig & Drip coffee both, as well as the necessary high speed internet & cable, blow dryers, and iron, etc. It also has all the creature-comforts of K-cups ready to go for your first morning there, throw blankets, toss pillows, extra blankets, sheets & pillows and probably every supply the average length stay should need to make you feel welcome and not need to buy every little thing to enjoy the stay. (The owners don't want to bring that stuff either when they come here to vacation, so they don't expect you to either!) Nor do you need to start laundry of start the dishwasher upon checkout. Just clear the fridge and trash and be sure the key is in the lock box and you're all set to checkout!
