Summary: Loved our stay at Katie’s house! Very clean, and well provided for with plenty of kitchen, bed, and bath necessities. Enjoyed the delicious, surprise coffee cake that was sitting on the kitchen counter for us to enjoy upon our arrival. The home is walking distance from downtown, which makes for fun exploring. Katie is super sweet, and super easy to communicate with. Hope to stay at The Fourth Street House again soon!

Summary: Katie was a wonderful host! She was so very responsive to emails and the house was immaculate! The check in process was a breeze and she even left a delicious, homemade cinnamon pecan coffe cake. Delish!! We highly recommend this property!!
