4 Bedroom House in Rockwood

This custom built lakefront home is waiting for you! Located in Brigadoon, a private gated community on Watts Bar Lake, you will find the perfect views day or night (each room in the house was actually specifically designed to maximize the view)!
As you walk in the front door of our 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home, you will see the lake view surround you. The upstairs has a King and Queen master bedroom each with own tv’s, well equipped large kitchen with island that seats 5, a dishwasher, gas range, 2 ovens, warming drawer, microwave and built in Miele coffee machine. The custom built dining table seats at least 10, maybe more depending on how much elbow room you need :-) The spacious living area has a large tv, real wood fireplace w/ a gas starter for ease. You can walk out to the deck and enjoy another fireplace with large tv and plenty of seating.
Downstairs, you will find another large living area with wet bar and wine fridge. The stained concrete floor provides no worry about spills. There is a Queen Master and another room with a stand alone Queen bed, a bunk with a Queen bottom and a twin top. Outside you will find a covered porch with a pool/ping pong table combo, dart board, large tv and a bar top that opens to the inside.
Step right from the back yard to enjoy the beautiful water where you can fish, swim, boat, paddle board, or just relax.
Approx 1 hour to Knoxville or Chattanooga for area attractions such as Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Aquarium and World Fair site. Easy day trips to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Summary: We spent a week with our kids and grandkids in the beautiful house on Lake Watts Bar. All was wonderful and a great time was had by everyone. We rented a pontoon from Caney Creek Marina and they delivered and picked up.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The property is exactly as it is listed and is excellently appointed! The hosts are more than welcoming (even gave us a bottle of wine) and had everything anyone could need on a vacation. We didn't really use the lake (except to take in the stunning views) but more as a launching point to check out the area. We really enjoyed having fires and grilling on the deck. The beds were super comfy too! I would love to return and utilize the water next time. Thanks for a terrific stay! Nicole and family :)
