Positive: The house itself is a beautiful place.

Negative: Hot tub was unable to be used for the half of the stay, showers were dangerously hot and the issue was already known by the hosts but no warning left for guests. Emergency contact numbers were not answered when trying to contact at 530pm. Offices had closed at 5pm and no other contact info available. When comparing the cost to the usage of facilities that the property was booked for, not worth the money that was paid.

Summary: Beautiful house, unreliable facilities. Hosts Haven't bothered to reply to complaint email.
