Positive: Very clean and well thought out design. Chairs were comfortable. Good location with pleasant views and quiet. Good central location for exploring the mendips and surrounding areas. Loved the shower room, plenty of room for the less mobile.

Negative: Only problem was the height of the beds. Comfortable but, if you are short, difficult to get in and out.

Positive: This was an excellent property for our small family to spend three days over the Christmas period. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with good quality pots, pans and crockery etc. We did take a lot of kitchen equipment with us because the details were a little vague and we wanted Christmas lunch to be special, but as it turned out it was completely unnecessary because everything we needed was supplied.

Positive: Perfect location for Cheddar, Wells and the surrounding area. The accommodation was extremely well maintained and presented. Very quiet location. The accommodation is situated at a stable so perfect for those with an interest in horses. For those with no interest in horses, like me, the accommodation was not affected by it being a working stable. A very nice restaurant, The Star, just down the road.
