Positive: Excellent location, near direct train into London. High spec rooms. Friendly staff.
Negative: Restaurant / bar were closed due to renovation. Therefore no breakfast.

Positive: The free parking. The location, it was only a ten minute walk to the train station, with trains every half hour to Waterloo. Hampton Court and Chessington World of Adventures a fifteen minute drive away. Room was clean and air con worked well. Food was good and hot.
Negative: Toilet did not flush to well. Water pressure was not very good and to reflush took a long time. Food although very nice the portions were a bit small, and the menu a bit limited. This is not a real problem thou as there are plenty of of restaurants nearby

Positive: Clean, spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable. The little touches in the room were fab too.
Negative: The food in the restaurant was average. Had issues with breakfast being over cooked then undercooked.
