We built these rentals to give visitors to Door County something different. Each 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, a small kitchen, a king sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. They're centrally located within walking distance of all that Egg Harbor has to offer.
As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.
We have a small team that helps us take care of all the details at our properties, but we are not a large rental management company that has lost the personal connection with our guests. We strive to provide the best of both worlds: professional service with a personal touch.

Located within walking distance of Egg Harbor, the Flats offer easy access to a range of shops, restaurants, and bars.
The Flats were designed to make the most of the 500 sq ft of space, with a king-sized bed in the bedroom, a beautifully tiled shower with modern fixtures in the bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary amenities for meal preparation.
This space is ideal for couples, while the queen-sized sleeper sofa allows families with small children or groups of friends to stay comfortably.

Summary: My husband and I needed to recharge, and decided to celebrate our anniversary with a long weekend in Door County. The Flats of Church Street were perfect for what we needed. Quiet, and comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner, browse some of the shops and I very much enjoyed a massage at Door County Massage. It was nice to park the car and just relax. The apartment had all we needed and was quiet. One morning we were greeted in the window by one of the local cats out exploring. We appreciated that it was close to amenities while preserving a secluded feel. Other activities are a short drive, and we explored the other areas of the peninsula. Door County Trolley provided an excellent afternoon cocktail tour. They have lots of options and the staff is top notch.

Summary: Let me start this review by noting I have stayed at the property twice now - first time was in one of the much larger units which was 10/10. This flat met expectations and the host was quick to reply when we had issues w the fridge but wished we never had the issue to start. Very clean except for a few bugs in the shower and the fridge. It wasn’t that the fridge was dirty per se but the seal was sticky, had drips out of the fridge because of it and pulled the seal off enough to affect the temp. Hopefully they took my suggestion and replaced the fridge instead of trying to jam the seal back in - a hassle and kind of gross. My fault for not noticing in the pics but THERE IS NO FREEZER. Not even a little one to refreeze ice packs. Major hassle for a summer trip. Definitely would stay again but plan differently.

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at the flats and we enjoyed it very much. The flat is clean and well equipped with a comfortable king sized bed and nice bed linens. The only minor issue is that someone obviously broke the wine glasses and there was only 1 left. Certainly NOT a big deal. We’ll be back next year.

Summary: The space is clean comfortable and bright with natural light. The view of the green space past the patio is pleasant. The king bed, reading chair and sofa are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. My only recommendation is that the mini fridge include a freezer section.
