Negative: Service, staff generally not friendly and non responsive. Forgot to clean our room when we had left our sign on the door. Came back after a day out and bed was still unmade and bathroom not cleaned. Initially they tried to tell us they had cleaned it but when we demanded they come and look, they agreed to send someone to clean the room. Two grumpy cleaners appeared, made the bed and did nothing else. When we asked for the Manager he was ‘away’. Pretty basic stuff for a five star rate.
Summary: Shame about the service attitude.
