Negative: The place was nasty 🤢 black around the taps in the bath and shower , mattresses was so disgusting we slept on the floor we caught bed bugs on us , did tell staff but nothing

Positive: I liked how it was super handy with the Greene King App if it was either for room service or to order at the restaurant.

Negative: I didn’t like being woke up out of my sleep at 3am due to rowdy drunk couples heading back to their rooms. But what can you do about that.

Summary: Overall I was very much pleased and had a comfortable stay.

Positive: The reason I chose this hotel was its location. Within a five-minute walk, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and fast-food shops, and I thought it was also a great point that there is a restaurant right next to the hotel. In addition, there was a bus stop just in front of the hotel, so the transportation was very convenient as well. The staff were kind and considerate.

Negative: The Wi-Fi was frequently disconnected. Also, depending on how you use the shower, you need to be careful to prevent water from leaking out through the shower curtain.
