Positive: Everything,, this place is absolutely fantastic,,so much space. 8 of us stayed for a family weekend,,, absolutely brilliant,none of us could fault anything! Excellent location with river walks 5 mins away and only 5 mins in taxi to forres.. Place was spotless clean and very comfortable. Definitely going back next year!!!

Negative: Couldn't find any fault whatsoever!!!! Nothing needs to be changed!!!

Positive: This property is amazing for the price! The house itself is older but well maintained! With the wood fire tub and bbq and decent size garden we had a great time! The rooms were great, beds comfy, good mix of accessibility!

Negative: There wasn’t anything to worry about, only point was that a gate on the drive would be good just to contain dogs that haven’t been trained to stay within the vicinity. But to be honest, there is no issues with this property

Positive: The keys were left in the property and the door was left open. We were self service. No food supplied.

Negative: The blinds could have been more efficient as light was a ptoblem from 4am!!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although it was short as we were attending a family wedding.

Positive: Carol was very warm and welcoming. The cottage was clean and comfy. Little extra touches like the eggs, butter, bread, milk and doggy biscuits were very much appreciated. Instructions provided for the hob etc were useful and easy to understand. Carol was very helpful in rearranging the main living room furniture to accomodate my visually impaired friend. My friends and I enjoyed our stay - we wanted a relaxing weekend and that is exactly what we experienced.

Negative: I have to say that I was surprised at the amount charged for a dog to stay. £25.00 per night. As a former pet owner, I am used to having to pay a supplement for a dog and if I had been booking for myself and a pet, I would have paid more attention to the fee. I'm going to be truthful - I would have passed this by. We had already enquired at a hotel and the fee was a much more reasonable £15.00 for the weekend.
