Summary: This place was amazing. The space in the house was great, the beds were comfy, the firepit area was great, but nothing will ever best the view from the property. The sunsets were the most amazing! The hosts were fantastic and I would come back here again anytime!!

Summary: Stayed at the Farmhouse for a few days while exploring the area on our bikes. The view is phenomenal. Patrick stopped by after we arrived to introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. Great stay at this beautiful property!

Summary: The house was nice and clean. The kitchen and bathroom had really nice upgrades. And had a wonderful view. And a great outside area thate we were sad not to be able to use due to wether. The owners answered all my questions very promptly and where a huge help. The living room while technically yes there is seating for 6 there were 5 adults and sitting that close was a bit uncomfortable. And one of the days while we were out someone came into the house. I didn’t find out until after we had already left so I didn’t ask. My sister and her husband came back to the house earlier than the rest. Door was unlocked sams living room fan was turned on after I had turned it off.

Summary: Want to get away from it all? This place is perfect. Bring what you need, as it is a very basic farmhouse, but if you come prepared, you will love every minute.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for the month of February while checking out the area as a possible retirement location. Great location for access to hiking trails and waterfalls. Comfortable property with beautiful views. Enjoyed watching the Superbowl in the outdoor "man cave", and it was my husband's escape on days I was working. Was hesitant about the satellite internet but it worked flawlessly, even in rainy weather. Patrick was incredibly responsive to a couple of minor issues we had. Enjoyed our stay immensely and looking forward to returning to check out the summer weather.

Summary: We spent 3 nights here and had a great time! The property is so beautiful and has excellent outdoor living. The wind blew so bad one night that it froze the gas line and we ran out of heat, but Patrick got it fixed immediately! He was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. We also got to hike 4 incredible trails: Hawksbill Crag, The Lost Valley, High Bank Twin Falls, and the Kings River Falls. All about an hour away expect for High Bank Twin Falls. That one is about 20 minutes away. The location is right next to the Ozone Burger Barn. It is delicious! So is the Catalpa Cafe and Oark Cafe. Highly recommend.

Summary: Perfect place for a family getaway! Super cute farmhouse with everything we needed, close to great hiking locations which is just what we were looking for, coming back after hiking all day and having a nice fire outside was the best. Thank you for allowing small pets as well, the fenced in yard was a bonus.
