Positive: We all were around 16 friends and cousins group who extremely loved the stay at the family courtyard. It's well spacious independent villa perfect for wedding guests, families, cousins and friends stays. Extremely spacious 5 rooms and 5 modern washrooms making it comfortable and cozy for the guests. It's all full of colour, carpets and durries making the stays very positive. Highly recommended as it's a great return on investment at the price for booking. Also huge support from the host and caretaker making the hospitality great even further. Looking forward to book and visit again

Positive: The villa was extremely spacious with clean rooms and modern tile washrooms with Jaguar fittings. Great for friends/ cousins hangout Wherein 14-20 people hangout can easily happen with great comfort and privacy. The best part was it being İndependent villa being available with private entrance and other good amenities like brand new ACs, fridge, Havells RO, great wifi speed for work. The villa had separate washrooms 5 in total and dedicated caretaker for over all support who stays in a seperate staff quarters. The owners have been highly helpful with all the support and added helps wherever needed like early checkin and later check out. Highly recommended for cousins/ freinds/ family group stays as also its in a very affordable price. The villa is all lamp lit, soothing and full of colourful rugs making it even more relaxing.

Negative: Loved almost most of the things including great hospitality from owner and caretaker
