Summary: Clean, modern and spacious condo. We loved the kitchen area and the location to the college. Guest services was quick to respond when we had questions.

Summary: It was a nice property but the room was not cleaned very well. I found hair all over the bathroom and shower also hair in the bedding

Summary: It was very nice and clean. Two issues. The shower curtain smelled like an old wet towel which made the rest of the unit smell. The seams between the bedroom carpet and the kitchen floor aren’t laid down properly. Our 2 years olds foot as well as our was poked by staples or something that points up. It would be good for the owner to check on the installation.

Summary: We had a wedding party block. Rooms are spacious, clean, new…awesome. They also have a bridal ready room that is Spectacular for the girls to get ready and celebrate in AND a room for the groom and his boys. Both are decorated to make the day feel special. An incredible experience all around ❤️. Highly recommend for wedding and guests.

Summary: We were stunned at how much you got for your money here. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with a full kitchen. It had a washer and dryer and two huge bedrooms with a tv in each major room for a total of 3. The location is convenient to anywhere nearby and communication was easy and quick when we had questions. Highly recommend a stay at The Fairway. We will come here again. A lot for the money!
