Positive: The place is beautiful. The gardener has the surroundings in tiptop shape. So pretty. The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice and roomy. The staff is very nice and the food is good. The food is delicious. The sweetest thing ever was finding a hot water bottle hot and in the bed when we crawled in. The large screen tvs in the cafe and bar are great for watching the games.

Negative: The food service is slow in the cafe. The best solution is to order early when you know what and when you want to eat. Food is good.

Positive: This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. Food is good. Hot shower, bed ok. Clean. Easy to find from the main road.

Negative: There was an electric air freshener in the room, but the smell disappeared once we unplugged it and put it outside the room.

Positive: The rooms are very clean and well organized. Initially, I had booked a deluxe room, but since it was unavailable, the staff kindly upgraded me to a larger room. The following day, I booked again, and they accommodated me in the deluxe as requested. The team is extremely polite, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. To my surprise, they even cleaned our car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My wife enjoyed some fresh oranges from the garden near our room, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were so gracious about it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and this is truly a nice place to stay.

Positive: We looked for a peaceful stay close to Aberdares National Park. The Fairway Residence was perfect for that! The owners and the whole team are lovely, funny and caring. The room is comfortable. The food is amazing. They grow their own vegetables, fruits and herbs. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast with a view on the rooftop. Lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant. The restaurant and bar are great to hang out. We would love to come back!
