This 3 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath cottage sleeps 6 and was professionally designed with clean coastal finishes, luxury amenities and your very own private pool, patio and Sauna!
The Space:
Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property (along with three other Book Montrose rentals), boast the only private pools located within Fairhope’s Central Business District! Every inch of this charming coastal cottage was thoughtfully re-designed and lovingly restored (like the original wood floors) to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring HIGH vaulted wood ceilings.
At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! There is an outdoor Sauna!
In the kitchen are white Quartz countertops, reclaimed wood open shelving, Café quality stainless steel appliances, Granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, Dutch oven, retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set, plenty of serving and mixing bowls, wine decanter, baking sheet/pan set, blender, and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!
Outside of the kitchen, you will find other amenities such as Ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace desk (with monitor and easy laptop hookup) and task chair, the latest generation Marshall Bluetooth speaker, two of the latest 4K Roku smart TVs, and brand-new washer and dryer.
In the bedrooms, you will find hotel-quality beds, mattresses, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. In the bathrooms are spa-quality toiletries and walk-in glass showers with rainfall shower heads.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything you would need for a vacation. It was located in a great area within walking distance of downtown. Checking in was super easy and checking out was even easier. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Summary: The house looks exactly like the pictures. It's cute, clean and within perfect walking distance of downtown Fairhope. The check in process was easy, communication easy, the house is adorable, and there's off street parking. We didn't use the pool but I tested it with my feet and it felt warm even in the cooler month of November so it must be heated. Overall we had a great stay and the nice surprise at the end; there were no extensive cleaning requests. Probably the only place I've stayed at that didn't have a bunch of requests so that made the stay even better. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: My Mom, sister-n-law, & I visited for a 3 day weekend. This cottage is located on a quaint street close to the downtown area. We enjoyed taking walks downtown. It is neat, modern & decorated very well. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch, as well as sitting out by the pool eating dinner. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Summary: We have visited Fairhope for years, making a day trip while at Orange Beach on vacation. This year we extended our trip to include a long stay and BoY, was it worth it. The location of the cottage is tops: we biked (provided) to town and to the Bay Park, we walked to town everyday for shopping, lunch, ice cream, and/or dinner. Provision and Be Kind Coffee are literally right behind the cottage:)). The space is well thought out, plenty of room for us to spread out. ( me with my three children, 22, 23, and 9 years old) If you want to park your car and enjoy Downtown Fairhope, this is the place to stay. Ohh.. and the pool, can't forget to mention that- it's lovely, we enjoyed an evening dip after the sun went down each night. We would love to come back SooN!!

Summary: Very tastefully renovated Fairhope cottage in a great location to town center and bay front park. Host very responsive to questions before and after booking. Check in and check out super easy. Well equipped kitchen although we didn’t need to use.
