Positive: The location was beautiful and the decoration and amenities lovely. The staff were lovely and the food delicious.

Negative: The night club next door is a real downside. The first night the music was so loud we felt the room shake. It ended at 2300. The second night was quieter and the music ended at 2230 but was still too loud to sit outside. It’s such a pity as it’s a great hotel run by good people.

Positive: The staff was really friendly and helpful, and we were welcomed in a very hospitable way. The lake-facing rooms have a beautiful, serene view and the location is great, close to the town attractions and many good restaurants.

Positive: Perfect location. Our room had a wonderful view. Very helpful staff who booked restaurants and arranged repairs to a dress with a local tailor.

Negative: There is noise from the next-door nightclub but only from 7-10 pm exactly which as we were out for dinner did not bother us at all

Positive: We loved the room, the location, the restaurant food and the staff. It was all fabulous.

Negative: Nothing really. I guess it could be further improved by selling alcohol as a cocktail by the lake would be lovely.
