Positive: Gorgeous and thoughtfully designed property! Couldn't ask for a better location in central Portland, parking was conveniently available across the street, and most of our food/drink/sailing/shopping destinations were walkable. Our 2BR unit was a super comfortable arrangement for two couples traveling together, balancing privacy and shared common spaces. Kitchen was highly-equipped for use. We feel lucky to have found it.
Negative: Nothing to say here! This is a self-managed stay (i.e. no reception desk or keys, access is granted via door codes), which may not work for all, but we received regular check-ins from staff on site and they were immediately responsive to some restock requests we had.
Summary: Cannot say enough about it - perfect for group travel

Positive: Food not applicable. location 10/10. Kitchen very well equipped. Great view. Spacious.
Negative: Needed bathroom drinking cup/glasses. Second bedroom needed full length mirror. The waste receptacle in primary bath had not been moved during cleaning and there was some trash behind it on the floor. A chair in the primary bedroom would have been helpful. I think the furniture should be arranged to face window, not TV (personal opinion, very subjective).
Summary: Nice space with great views and comfortable furniture.

Positive: Wow, I don’t think I can express how wonderful this property is. It is very new, extremely high end finishes and absolutely perfect. I don’t know who planned the property but it is impressive. It’s next door to the Black Dog store in Portland. There’s a code to enter the lobby and your apartment. I cannot say room because it was huge! We had a two bedroom, two bathroom, living room, beautiful kitchen and balcony area overlooking the sea. Every detail was thought of, from the shower doors being able to be opened both ways, to the coffee maker where you could add your own flavors. They left gifts with the history of the location. The elevator and stairwell were sparkling clean. The tvs were easy to use. There were plenty of parking options. The towels and linens were expensive, the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. We were only there for one night due to traveling to a funeral, and we were so grateful full to be able to stay there. We will definitely be back with hopes for staying longer. Thank you to whomever designed, created and built this gorgeous hotel, you did well.
