Summary: Very clean, great amenities, shops close by and public parking across the street, $25 per day. The bed was a king and very hard. It was impossible to get around one side as it was close to the wall and the other side was only a little better. It had a base that stuck out so easily knocking your shins on it. I would say this is a place for a single occupant not a couple. As fairly active seniors it was very difficult accessing the bed.

Summary: Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!

Summary: Nice and clean studio-like apt with everything you might need. This place is close to so many local restaurants and shops and it was very walkable and easy to navigate. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Had a wonderful time here :)! Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: although it was a short stay for me it was a perfect spot. the place is super taken care of and very clean and organized. Vince is a great host and answers any questions you might have asap! would definitely rebook !

Summary: The location was great for our needs. Able to walk to stores, bus, etc. We had difficulty getting into the building but had quick resolution to our request.

Summary: Overall this was a nice studio apartment. Clean, neat and with the bonus of dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. It is in a great location in the heart of Fremont. The host has effective and quick communication. The only issue is with the lack of air conditioning it was very warm in the apartment at the height of summer. The supplied portable fan helped somewhat but if you are used to living in an air conditioned environment you may struggle with the heat, as we did, if you visit in the summer time. The noise at night was another lesser issue as you need the window open all night to counteract the heat. They did supply ear plugs.

Summary: Overall it was a nice place in a great neighborhood. The bed & pillows were uncomfortable, though. Also, the door to the shared balcony didn’t have a reliable lock, making me wonder if people in the other apartments could get in. Finally, although communication from Vince was thorough and helpful prior to arrival, during my stay he sent text messages after 10:00pm on more than one night…and not about anything urgent.
