Positive: Location is on a farm with views across the fields so very quiet and peaceful. Access is along a farm road. Plenty of space in the accommodation, large bedrooms double and twin upstairs, lounge area and kitchen plus toilet and shower room downstairs. Loads of very hot water for showers and washing. Good restaurants nearby in Swinton and Allanton plus options at Berwick.

Positive: The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had absolutely everything we could ask for and it felt like a home from home. The cottage is on a working farm which was lovely for us - we were able to see so much wildlife including the lambs and cows. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend

Positive: Lovely little house, nestled within a countryside setting. Its like a home from home for me. Lovely and peaceful for a great night's sleep. Its absolutely immaculate with separate shower and bathrooms. The shower is superb, so much so I haven't used the bath. Exceptional value for money, I personally think it's too cheap compared to other places within the local area. And the kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen at home 🤣. You just need yourself and some food and your good to go. There's even a fresh pint of milk for your arrival.

Negative: The the road into the property was a bit rocky but that didnt spoil our stay
