Summary: Excellent friendly service from as soon as I booked in until I left. The little details that had been addressed was very pleasing. I had a 2 night stay, slept well both nights& enjoyed a filling breakfast on the 2nd morning.

Summary: Have used this hotel many times before as useful halfway stop when visiting relatives. Had to ask for extra hand towel and a bath mat but both supplied immediately. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Only beef was that there was virtually no food left on the menu in the pub restaurant attached to the hotel at 7pm and we had to drive to Blackwater to get a meal.

Summary: A really great hotel. Very nice and professional staff member checked us in. Room was spotless and nice and big. Great onsite bar and restaurant too. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Everything was good apart from I was informed that I have to go to restaurant to collect the fresh milk. Perhaps, alternative arrangements , choice would have been better.

Summary: I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast starts at 7am, was from an ale-carte menu, but had a great choice. The pub is in the same premises and serves great food and drinks.
