Positive: Absolutely amazing building - a stately home with stunning historic architecture & art features. Beautiful, luxurious decor & furniture. Cosy room with original features. Wonderful food including huge range of delicious breakfast options.

Negative: The restaurant was completely booked up with a work Away Day team meal so we got stuck on the edge of the bar. However they then gave us an opulent dining room all to ourselves! Think it’s important to check the restaurant is free before booking a stay.
