Summary: The stairs are a huge problem if anyone has any difficulty in walking or climbing. Lack of room numbers to point you in the direction of your room. I was confused by the fire door sign on the door and thought i could not enter so spent ages trying to find my room whilst struggling with the stairs until I was refused by a delightful young staff member who carried. my luggage to my room.

Summary: Lovely room and amazing shower. Staff very friendly. Went above and beyond to help us with requests. Weather was terrible and gave us a lift to train station afterwards. Top place top people. Lovely food

Summary: Had a lovely overnight stay here. I arrived early as I was attending a wedding and was able to access my room no problem to get ready. Room has recently been re-furbished and is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good too. I would have no hesitation in returning.
