This Oasis in the heart of Dallas is close to everything! Walk to Greenville Ave to see a show @ The Granada, enjoy the restaurants & nightlife. Walk to Mockingbird Station to see a movie or catch the DART anywhere in Dallas (events at AAC, the Texas State Fair, or even to the airport). Walk to SMU. Summary: We had a lovely stay at the Ellsworth house. The house had so many little considerations that made it special and nice for a family visit. It fit the four of us well, and the pool, hot tub and outdoor area, including the firepit were all in excellent condition and made our time together extra special to enjoy the weather and hang out together. We were visiting our son who is living in downtown Dallas and he was happy to get away from the city noise while still being in an area where we could walk to restaurants and shops. There are automated blinds, ceiling fans and more that work with remotes that are handy dandy as well. The owners were communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
