Summary: Overall everything was good, my only complaint would be that one morning the oatmeal wasn’t cooked. Rooms are on the small side as is the bathroom.

Summary: Very nice helpful staff. Great breakfast choices, quiet room, perfect mattress. Anytime access to the breakfast area was a plus. I will definitely stay there next time I come to Northampton.

Summary: Staff were excellent, love the fireplace room for reading, my first stay here. It’s strikes me as being somewhere between a hotel and a B&B with its layout and charming spaces. I will stay again when needing lodging in the area.

Summary: I wasn’t able to have breakfast because I had to leave by 7:30 am every day. I didn’t ask for any cleaning while I was there for the week. The room was perfect and super comfortable. So much space and was a great stay for the time I was there!

Summary: Love this hotel. We’ve stayed here for the past four years and it’s always been spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the common room is cozy and welcoming. Love the fireplace and the breakfast options. It’s a great value.
