Summary: Central location, rooms were clean, we couldn't tolerate the plug in air fresheners, so we had to unplug them and store them in a plastic bag. The entrance needs sweeping and cleaning. A few homeless people on the sidewalk when we came out the door in the morning.

Summary: The location of this VRBO was great! It was right near center city, shops, and great restaurants. This listing was new to VRBO when I booked it. I received an email a couple of days before (standard VRBO – Get Ready for your Trip) but the host did not put in any information into the template. It made me concerned if I was being scammed. I did not receive any check-in information until the day of after hunting down the host via VRBO. In the future the host should just include that information into the VRBO template to help ease travel stress. The apartment was clean and as shown in pictures. We always rent an apartment or house when traveling with kids as we are looking to do be able to do laundry. When we arrived there was a sign on the washer that it was not working. This should have been told to us before traveling. If the amenity is no longer working the guest should be alerted in the future. We arrived to 3 towels, when we were a family of 4. Since the washer was not working, we needed more towels. Luckily this time the host did respond quickly and dropped off more towels. We stayed on a Mon – Thurs. On Wednesday night it was insanely loud. There were people coming in from outside around 1:00am. VERY LOUD. They kept coming in and out and banging on doors. It was unsettling. This went on from 1:00am – 3:00am. I would not consider staying here on a weekend. I think if you are made aware of the above, it can be a great place to stay.
