Summary: Poor communication! I had been trying to cancel for over a month. I called the property several times and they would say they would call back. I travel to DC a lot and just wanted a voucher not even my money back but now I will never book here again just cuz they didn’t know how to return calls or communicate! Very poor service!

Summary: It was super spacious and looked exactly as pictured. The pull out bed was comfortable as well. Check in/out was smooth and the price was great. It was around many restaurants and shops, would definitely recommend if you are taking family because of the full sized kitchen and fridge.

Summary: This was a great find. Close enough to walk most places we went. We only stayed one night so didn't use the kitchen, but loved that it was there and would definitely stay here again for a longer trip some day. Separate bedroom was great. Cons - the coffee table was really heavy to move to set up the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress seemed pretty thin, but the kids didn't mind it.
