Summary: Very clean, nice location, large room. Everything is good. It is just located on top of Santa Apolonia station. Great breakfast.

Summary: Early check in which I liked. Requested a quiet room and indeed slept well. AC worked great. Housekeepers were quiet outside in hallway which I appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay.

Summary: This was a short stay as I just needed to get some sleep before continuing on my trip. I’ve stayed here numerous time and is my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in Lisboa. The staff is always GREAT!

Summary: Stay was amazing, room was excellent. The only issue was with the view, when we booked it said there is a river view for the type of booking we paid for. But there was a construction site view and no river view from the window.

Summary: This is my second visit. It is a bit far from the center of Lisbon, but I visited again because I had good memories of my previous visit. The friendly staff and clean facilities are great. The breakfast was also good. p.s. In particular, the female staff member who was there when we checked in on the night of June 25th was especially friendly during our stay. From what I 'remember', I think she was the same staff member I met last year. I want to give her a compliment.

Summary: This hotel is right above a train and metro station and runs the entire length of the station, which is probably about a quarter mile long. The room they gave us was nearly at the end of the corridor and took two minutes to walk to from the elevator (I timed it)! Maybe that wouldn't have been so bad if there was more than one entrance to the hotel, but there wasn't. There was a staircase listed as an emergency exit nearby that we'd thought we'd give a try to at least get down, but when we got to the bottom, the door out was locked with no way to open it. If there was a fire, there would be no way to get out. If you get a room here, be sure you get one with the last two digits as 50 or higher. Any lower room numbers mean a long march, and god forbid you forget something in your room and have to go back for it. Also, we were on the top floor and heard a loud rumbling that we realized was a metro train. It felt like a small earthquake. This happened regularly as trains came through. Finally, someone at the front desk was less than helpful. On our second day, we came back to the room only to discover that our key cards no longer worked. My partner had to walk all the way back and down to the front desk to deal with this. First, they didn't believe that the cards didn't work, and then they told us that we had only booked for one night (easily disprovable). They finally relented and gave us new cards.
