Summary: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks nice but it’s a bit worn out, especially inside the room I noticed a few broken things and the overall quality didn’t seem great. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Summary: Customer service outstanding in all aspects. Everyone helped make our stay enjoyable. Front desk had many restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. All were good. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was.

Summary: Loved the whole old work vibes of the Edison. A wonderful oasis, with large well appointed rooms that feel lux in an understated way. Great bathroom, comfy bed. The hospitality of every one of their staff was outstanding. Had some great food recommendations from Albert. Loved the all day lounge where you could grab a drink or a snack and the we one hour where as a solo traveler I got to meet so many wonderful people. Overall, an excellent experience.

Summary: Great hotel in a great location. Staff were wonderful and made us very welcome. Lots of great ideas of things to do. Noise from hawker market opposite was very loud but the ear plugs helped massively. Probably nicest hotel in Georgetown from what we saw.
