Positive: I have stayed here 4 times now with the family and it has good facilities - 2 bed apartment with carpark, as well as laundry within your unit, and a nice bathroom and small kitchen. A nice, reasonably affordable place to stay in a great location. The staff are friendly and nice to interact with.

Negative: In general the apartments as well as the building could do with a little bit of a spruce- up. We don't really stay here for the view, but one side of the building looks out to a giant work site underneath the viaduct motorway - looks like slow progress on whatever is being built. The road up to the building (Edgerley) is a bit dodgy looking (not helped by the work site). There can be a little bit of noise from other residents depending on where the apartment is, but generally not a big issue over the times I've stayed here. The units themselves could do with things like more items for the kitchen, as well as addressing general wear and tear - e.g. the couch had a small rip in it; the aircon/heat pump unit sounded on its last legs; and the elevators/shared areas need a bit of TLC. Also in this apartment the curtains weren't great - they let in so much light so awake at 6.30am. (In other apartments we've been in the curtains were better/darker so maybe we just struck it unlucky)
