Negative: First issue ever as water pressure so not sufficent for hot water. Though it was fixed as son as.

Positive: Very clean and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. Room is always spacious and everything works.

Summary: This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed here…and I’ll certainly be looking to stay again in the future.

Positive: An absolutely amazing place to stay! Super friendly staff, especially Clare and Tom. They couldn't do enough for you. A true credit to the Eccleston Arms. Loved the bottomless brunch. Great choice of freshly made drinks and wow, what a platter of food too to go with it. Breakfast was hot and tasty too. The suite was stunning. Definitely going to stay here again. Great parking facilities and great outdoor facilities too. Overall, the best place to stay in St Helens. See you all again soon.
