Positive: The location is very convenient with good network of public transportation and supermarkets. The room is clean and spacious.

Negative: 1. I was advised to collect the keys from another location after failure to get them from the first location as per check-in instructions. It's not far away but I had to take two big luggages after a long-haul flight. But the host did respond quickly to provide correct location. 2. The entrance to the property and backyard outside are lack of maintenance. 3. Renovation workers (and maybe also neighbor upstairs) created a lot of noises during the day, and even during some nights and weekends. 4. One evening I got some troubles with my keys to open and lock the doors. I was able to sort it out so I didn't report to the host. It's very strange that I got message the next day that someone would come to fix them (and also the lighting problems in the living room that I didn't report).

Positive: I had to pick up the keys near the area but it was okay. The team was very hands-on and responsive. I was able to enjoy my stay in London, and this flat contributed a lot to it by providing me ample private space and cloud-like rest after roaming around. Thanks for the great stay.

Negative: The hangers are not enough but they have provided more when I requested :))
