Positive: Would definitely recommend. Location was perfect and private, with a short walk to plenty of restaurants and public transport. The quality of the apartment is truly luxurious, wish we could've stayed longer. Also they were very friendly and informative. For sure we would book this place again!.

Negative: Got a minor inconvenience with the tv not opening but they immediately helped.

Positive: The unit looks brand new and clean. Instructions for checkin and checkout was clear. super pretty decoration looks super fancy. It was so relaxing and nice, we’d wish to extend our booking and would stay there again. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

Positive: Great location in a lovely neighbourhood, close to Ealing Broadway. The apartment was nice - a good layout and large rooms. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet, so we slept well. The management were quick to respond to our messages.

Negative: We had some issues with a blocked sink in the bathroom that meant we couldn't use it for the first few days. It was reported and responded to straight away, but took a couple of days for someone to come and look at it, then return to fix it. There were a couple of other minor issues around cleanliness, these too have been reported - wasn't a big deal but we just expected better. Would consider staying there again if these things were fixed.

Positive: High standards of cleanliness throughout the apartment. Furniture and materials used were also of guaranteed quality. As for me and my partner - we loved the bedroom to be exact. It was spacious enough for us plus the beddings were honestly comfortable and soft. We’re thinking of coming back here soon..

Negative: The locker on the door was blocked when we arrived, but it was fixed by their team.

Positive: We stayed here for a few days and it was really nice. The bathroom had all the toiletries we needed like shampoo and conditioner, etc. The bedrooms were surely relaxing as our kids enjoyed so muchh! Of course we'll stay here again in some time!

Regarding the host, he was attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for local activities and dining options. Amenities were provided to us and we really loved the kitchen's modern appliances.
