Positive: Good amount of kitchen storage space and utensils. Central location in Helston. Door code access meant no time pressure for arrival.

Negative: Bed was a bit on the small side. Very steep stairs, carrying heavy suitcase up and down was difficult.

Positive: Great location for Flora Day.

Negative: I had thought it had windows over the Guild Hall but it didn’t which was disappointing as my guests had mobility issues. Maybe this could be made clear in the description. Concerned about the fire escape - no access to escape the building fully only into a tiny yard in middle of buildings. Bit confused about the heating controls. Maybe bedroom windows could be made openable?

Summary: We had a great day. Good central location.

Positive: once you get in the paperwork for all the appliances was very helpful but we ate out mostly. as we were visiting family in the area. The apartment is comfortable and Just big enough to accommodate 4 adults. although the living area is cramped with 4 adults better for 2 children and 2 adults. The appliances we needed to use worked well

Negative: It was quite difficult to activate the front door for access the timing for the reaction was very brief, therefor denying access. the activation buzz seems to be slightly too short. we only worked it out with one person on the door ready to push while the other person puts the code in. also the access door to the apartment you need to explain that the door only opens if you turn the handle /lock to the right. we tried ringing and messaging the agency but they did not ring us back until the next morning so we would have been locked out of the property all night with no where to go. there is no instant access to an agent when things go wrong like they did with us I think you need to put a serious system in place for emergency help as in the info folder you said we have 24 hour access to the agent . we tried to work out the doors before locking ourselves out but we could not work it out so one person had to remain in the property to keep access to the property overnight , not an ideal way of starting the long weekend with family .since leaving i have also messaged the agent twice now as we have left some prescription sun glasses in the apartment and i am trying to get them sent back by housekeeping and have said where they are exactly and i am willing to reimburse the postage but no one again is responding the messages via booking .com You also need to include the fact that it is not disabled friendly and the stairs are extremely steep, with only 1 grab rail We had 2 people in our party with mobility issues and had to limit themselves to either staying in all day or staying out most of the time and limiting their use of the stairs. Free WIFI to the apartment would be great but you really need to get a booster as it does not work in the back bedroom. A few hangers in the back bedroom would be useful to hang clothes or coats on as there are none at all in the living area or the back bedroom.

Summary: Good location, clean apartment, Handy for buses if you are touring the area of Cornwall.

Positive: A clean, well equipped and modern flat superbly located for us as we were visiting somebody who lives in Helston and meant easy to meet up and go our separate ways at the end of the day. Aside from that made a great location to strike out from in it's own right, from a plethora of really good pubs on the doorstep to jumping on the bus to Porthleven, Praa Sands and Falmouth.

Negative: Pretty well happy with our stay but if we had to pick something (and being really picky) the front door from the street didn't close on it's own to a fully locked state. We didn't struggle with either pushing or pulling the door to but the residents in the adjacent flat did....

Summary: Comfortable base to go out and explore from and return to rest up and do it all again the next day.
