Positive: Well appointed and adorable

Negative: The only small setback would be that The Dunes is 30 minutes from everything. ( except Tacky Jacks, which I was not a huge fan of). We prefer seclusion so it works for us

Positive: I loved the pool and hot tub! The walk to the beach was an easy walk. Everyone was friendly. My favorite was the balcony just to lounge outside!

Negative: There wasnt much i didnt like about the property

Summary: I enjoyed this condo very much, it was a relaxing stay for my family with kids.

Positive: The location was ideal for early morning fishing and close to a good place to eat...all within walking distance of the property. Looking out from the balcony of the condo, view was beautiful and the private balcony was very comfortable and spacious. You could just curl up on the couch and watch the sun set...which is what I did. Definitely, a hidden gem of a place to stay at again.

Negative: Our room was very good.....BUT......NEITHER of the SHOWERS worked... It was not very conducive for a 66 and 57 year old to try to take a bath in a tub built for children. The BED Number remote did not work....even replaced the batteries in the remote, One side was stuck 100 and the other was 0....so sleeping was an adventure of rolling down a cliff.

Summary: The rating would have been a 10 if not for the shower and bed, but GREAT CONDO and VIEW.
