Negative: Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Strange step up to the shower, toilet and sink. Controls for the sink were on the wall and wierd to use.

Negative: The thing housing the Keurig pods promised 'milk & cream' in the fridge" but the only options were powdered Coffee Mate envelopes. No mile or cream in the fridge. Didn't love that. The tablet in the room didn't work so for Guest Services I sent a text message requesting room service. I had to sent a prompt about 45 mins later to the suggested number provided in my check in package. Overall the room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable but the level of service I was expecting did not meet my expectations, given the rate.

Positive: Great brunch before checking in, close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops for a day out. Staff were very friendly and got a room upgrade on arrival. Lovely room with all amenities and very comfy bed. Great hotel with cool vibe. Would recommend
