Summary: Super stay - high quality furnished room, and quiet late on, despite the vibrant atmosphere at the adjoining pub. Only thing I could perhaps find fault with would be the high tog rating for the duvet (which made for a rather warm night !)

Summary: The property was really well decorated and clean as it has just recently been upgraded and was beautifully decorated inside. Unfortunately there has been no sound proofing in the property, so the noise from The upstairs apartment and people leaving the pub was very off putting. We have stayed at The Dragon on numerous occasions, but this will be our last time booking in here.

Summary: Check in was very smooth, friendly and professional and the room was everything you can hope for: clean, comfortable and warm. My only comment would be that breakfast should be included for the price

Summary: Fabulous staff. Excellent food. Very comfortable bed. Shower head had a leak but was replaced very promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only slight criticism would be that it was a bit messy near the bedrooms.

Summary: The Cottage is a great place to stay and the Dragon is an excellent pub to have a few drinks and had excellent food. The staff are both friendly and professional.

Summary: Booked this at the last minute and it was a great choice. Struggled to find it on a dark and rainy night because it’s part of the Dragon pub and I couldn’t find a sign for the cottage! Parking was quite busy but still found a space. Much better than the drab budget hotels in Derby.
