Set on a quiet road, at the foot of a small pullover leading onto the endless sandy beach, with a promenade stretching from Mablethorpe to Skegness.

Summary: Thank you for a wonderful stay! We have just returned from a 3 night break over the Easter weekend. Great communication from Serena & Andy from even before we booked. The Dowsing was fantastic, very spacious and well appointed. Clean and lots of attention to detail , even down to biscuits in the cupboards, as well as Chocolates & Prosecco! - Thank you. Excellent quiet location with parking and the beach a minute away. (Highly recommend a sunrise walk along the prom to Sandilands). Just a 10 minute walk to Sutton On Sea and Mablethorpe and Chapel under 10 minutes by car plus Gunby Hall and The Wolds close by too. We are looking forward to staying again and will definitely be back next year. Thank you again.
