Summary: Room was fine, but expected more for a Michelin Key hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Large, well appointed gym but no WiFi in lobby or gym so couldn’t watch on my iPad while on treadmill. No ice machines - have to request ice sent up to room. Ice melted in bucket which then leaked all over desk and onto floor.

Summary: I asked front desk to make a reservation at their fine dining restaurant. They said they would let me know after the reservation was confirmed. No one called, I called the front desk and there was no answer. I finally went to the front desk and was brushed off by the woman at the desk. She was not the friendliest person and should probably not be the first person you deal with inside the hotel. On the other hand, your outside staff were very nice and helpful.

Summary: One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful and just felt like being at home. The staff is friendly, decor is gorgeous and location is excellent. It's at the pricier end of hotels, but it's worth it. A quality hotel to be sure!

Summary: Lovely room just such poor service. I asked for a champagne bucket and ice at reception and a literal bag of ice came to the room a long time after the request. I especially had to go to reception for as no one answered the phone. I did inform the hotel this was a birthday celebration and nothing not even a happy birthday. All in all the service is so sub par unless you are an influencer. I was truly looking forward to this stay but I am so disappointed.
