Summary: Great location, staff and really cozy beautiful room. My only big disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. The bacon, bread and sauce of the egg benedicts were really bad. For a hotel of that category I could not understand why!

Summary: Everyone is sooo friendly, and the hotel is really lovely. Food was great at both restaurants we tried (Prologue and Petit Chef). Big room with great amenities. A great experience!

Summary: Parking was $50 a night for underground. I paid in the small lot beside the hotel instead. A bigger valet/check in parking area would’ve much nicer, but I loved the rooms. I was disappointed in being doubted/ questioned by one staff member to prove my “included breakfast” option I paid for through booking via Hotels.com then the manager also wanted me to email the proof. They seemed a bit condescending, even if it was for their own investigative measures through the hotel and Hotels.com
