Summary: The staff who were there were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they mentioned that the kitchen staff didn’t show up that day, which meant we needed to go somewhere else for food. The pool itself was ok, but there was no hot tub (as advertised) and the pool furniture was pretty stained, so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, but the air conditioner was extremely loud and woke me up several times throughout the night. The TVs only offered basic cable and didn’t allow casting or connecting to a phone. The complimentary breakfast was about what I expected—eggs, waffles, bacon, and the usual offerings. However, after breakfast there was no hot water for the shower, which was disappointing and ended our stay on a frustrating note.

Summary: Always a great experience. My family and I stay here during vacation. It’s always beautiful, quiet, and clean pool and breakfast is amazing. Staff is nice and the rooms are perfect and does its job.

Summary: I appreciate the variety during breakfast, but the bacon was Canadian bacon and it looks like lunchmeat. Actual strips of bacon would’ve been better. The eggs weren’t tasty, they were a little dry. And maybe two toasters to accommodate more efficiently. Other than that, I definitely would stay here again and recommend this location. The ambience was very nice very BoHo and tasteful decor.

Summary: Once we checked in and got to our room we noticed there was dried blood on our sheets. They immediately changed them. Didn’t offer a discount or anything for this issue. We later called down to have housekeeping clean our room as we were there for 3 nights and they said they needs 24 hour notice and couldn’t help us. Horrible customer service. Will not be staying there again.

Summary: Room was very comfortable. There were small blemishes around the room and bathroom but nothing serious, just natural wear and tear. Room was still beautiful with a great view (3rd floor balcony). Check in experience was as expected and staff was nice. Staff interaction during our stay was pleasant and mostly greeted with a smile. Check out however was something less than desirable. I came in late the night before check out and asked the night auditor for a late check out the next day. He said I would have to call in the AM. Not ideal but fine. Was woken up at 11:30a by a knock on the door by housekeeping (isn't check out 12noon?). I called the front desk and asked for a late check out and I was immediately told no, then told there was a charge for a late check out, but only then did he ask me what time I needed. The late check out cost is $40, so not breaking the bank but what time does that get me until? They gave us until 12:30, with no charge but I left the hotel feeling rushed and annoyed. I was in hospitality for 15 years so I give a lot of grace but this clerk has been in it too long and has forgotten how to put themselves in place of the guest.

Summary: The hotel is very cute and close to Levi Stadium which was why we came. Easy to get an uber to the World Cup game. We arrived early and they kept our bags for us while we went to Big Sur. Breakfast was more than enough and the gym was well appointed. Unfortunately the hot tub doesn’t work, too difficult to maintain. The bar is very convenient and the lobby is very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again!

Summary: We've stayed here twice for last minute trips to Santa Cruz or to great America! The property and rooms are clean. Looks like the property recently went through a renovation. They offer free breakfast in the morning which is great too!

Summary: Everything was clean but the hotels appearance needs a touch up. Small things starting to come undone. Hot tub was not working as well. Overall though it was quiet, clean and great safe location.
