Positive: price was nice, convenient location. house was provided with essentials. host was very accommodating and quick to respond and making sure our needs were met.. cute little house, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen & bathroom, bedroom supplies. we'd recommend it it others for a stay😄 just don't ever give excellent, but nice stay

Negative: older home, with basement smell. maybe a basement door would've helped.
