Positive: Food very good indeed, very extensive menu catering for all tastes. The host was very helpful in providing us with local travel advice, A very relaxed atmosphere which was just what we needed.

Negative: There was more traffic noise at night than we are used to, which was inevitable on account of the Inn being at the side of a busy road.

Summary: We've absolutely no regrets at choosing the Dog Inn to break our long journey.

Positive: Good location , comfy bed , some nice staff .

Negative: Pub is a bit tired really 🫤 , room was nice but needs a bit of tlc ( electric razor point very loose , carpet very stained in places , bathroom sealant very yellow , bathroom floor warped so difficult to shut the door . Food was very nice in the pub .
