Positive: The Cooked Breakfast was all freshly cooked with local ingredients , and a lovely choice of cereals, muesli and fruit juices to start. Also locally made marmalades for your toast etc.

Summary: Matt and Amanda were really helpful with local places to visit and local places with good food etc.

Positive: It was very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of choices for breakfast, the owners are very friendly and welcoming. They made my husband’s birthday more special. They provide the guests with Amanda’s delicious chocolate cookies. I recommend the place to everyone. And if ever we would go to that area of Devon again, we will definitely stay there.

Positive: The Devonshire Villa was fantastic. Amazing hosts, really comfortable rooms and an incredible breakfast. We were greeted on arrival and the friendly hosts got us checked in and comfortable. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel very welcome. Thanks for a great stay!

Positive: Our stay was for 4 nights. Matt & Amanda were exceptional hosts. Ideally located, 15-20 minute walk to the harbour area. Gave us some good advice of places to see and recommendations of the best places to eat in the area. Made us feel very welcome. Even left us a couple of chocolate muffins in our room as it was my birthday 😋 Room was spotless. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room, Mini fridge was a bonus Loved the full English breakfast, but there was plenty of other healthy options.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Positive: Great hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was superb. The electric door locking feature gave an enhanced sense of security during your stay. Would definitely look to return again in the future.
