Summary: Positive: It’s a great place, great staff and it’s great place to stay before visiting Susvelei.they offer many tours and can help you with an itinerary and transportation as a package. Negative: the wifi didn’t work. Not sure if this is an on going issue or just when we were there. The pool water is extremely cold in the winter. I wish they had a way to warm the water or turn it into a Jacuzzi. I wish dinner included more traditional Namibian food options to try instead of mainly western food.

Summary: Desert Grace was a spectacular place overall. The rooms are gorgeous, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Having a private deck and plunge pool is awesome. Finally, the sunsets and animals wandering around are icing on the cake. Absolutely recommend.

Summary: Incredible place. Quality of the rooms, facilities and overall property was outstanding. My only suggestion for the Desert Grace is to make the plunge pools solar heated. They are too cold even to plunge in, and they get sun every day, so solar heating unit for each pool makes sense. It is frustrating to not be able to use a beautiful pool in your apartment.
