Positive: Very nice property on the golf course, close to where I was playing and also to public, food and gas station.

Negative: The security gate for the 2nd entrance that was after 10pm as the same guy had already received all my documents and I had been out to pick up some Chinese food and he wanted all my documents, ID, etc. which was the same person I had just given all this too 20 mins earlier and I didn't have these with me. He ended up calling someone and got approval but the worst thing was he remembered me but said it was their system.

Summary: Enjoyable stay for 1 night to play in a golf event.

Positive: The apartment was BEAUTIFUL and was in an amazing location. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the views of the golf course were amazing. The owner was responsive to messages and phone calls and handled any issues we had in a timely manner. I would 100% stay at this location again!

Negative: The apartment was a little far away from the highways and the downtown area of Palm Beach Gardens, but that wasn't a big deal. The only thing that I would have liked was more toiletries (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) We ran out pretty fast with 3 of us and had to make a few trips to the store.

Positive: Great living space with views to the coast. Clean & nicely furnished. Balcony with loungers & dining furniture. Good size fridge and kitchen equipment. Laundry facilities. Management responsive to communications

Negative: Bedrooms small and airless unless inner doors kept open. (Privacy issues). Wind rattled window blinds. Furnished for visual impact rather than practicality. Lack of clothes storage/ hanging space. Wardrobe in bedroom 1 not tall enough. No hooks on doors or on walls in hall or bathroom. Would be simple to rectify....Advertised & booked on understanding that there were 2 double beds but 1 room had singles. These would have been pushed together and re-made but I didn't bother taking up offer having such a short time there.
