Summary: Nice property for myself and 3 family members. Shower in master bath was a little small, but ok. Only cleanliness issue I saw was the fan in the master bath. Needs to be dusted. We did enjoy sitting on the front patio in the morning and evening.

Summary: Great location for a weekend getaway! The house was perfect for the 4 adults. We came to Chattanooga for a short trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were able to explore Chattanooga - the house was close to lots of things. Then we had a quiet evening at the house, relaxing and playing games. There was plenty of room and we were all comfortable. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Anita was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Summary: We had a great time at the De’Vine home. My best friend and I stayed with our three year-old grandchildren. There was plenty of room for them to run around. There was all kinds of toiletries and supplies available to us. The front porch is amazing. We spent so much time out there. And the added little touches, such as plenty of toilet paper, plenty of trashbags, hand soap, shampoos and conditioners. Even baby bath stuff, and the icing on the cake was the little snacks that were left for our toddlers to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again upon visiting Chattanooga. The house is very updated with any appliance. You would want to use while on vacation. I highly recommend this property.
