Positive: Rooms are decent size

Negative: I really disliked that the bathroom door did not have a notch and the door opened by itself. When a person needed the bathroom, the other had to hold the door from the outside, making it an uncomfortable situation. Also the hotel manager was rude.

Summary: Fair for a last-minute booking. Rude management.

Positive: The location was amazing! Close to everything in Miami Beach (Including Trader Joe’s!!) and the pool area had a really nice vibe for relaxing. The staff was attentive and quick to help, which made a big difference.

Negative: The room had minor challenges that could be improved, but despite that, the team was very responsive and made sure I was comfortable with very quick damage control support!

Summary: A fun and easy Miami Beach stay where the staff went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed myself.

Positive: Great location, close to parking and shops etc. easy check in/check out

Negative: Damp smell in lobby and bedroom, air humidifier made everything feel damp in room. Window was not a proper window, it was indoor facing
