Positive: The breakfast is a foodies heaven - the most amazing selection of food and the pastries were straight out of the oven. I loved the complimentary ice cream cones in the afternoon. The room was amazing and had every amenity needed and more. The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done so efficiently. Every single person who worked there was so lovely and warm. They all really want you to have a wonderful time - which we did.

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Summary: A dream holiday - have never felt so pampered, relaxed and slept so much.

Positive: Outstanding!! Absolutely everything exceeds expectations. The transfer and checkin process left me feeling like a celebrity, all the staff are just out of this world, the food and all the complimentary snacks/drinks throughout the stay (esp the truffles in the room!), the buggies are always quick to get you around the resort, the variety of animals you get to see without much effort, the free watersports - the list is endless! And then after all this you walk down to the beach and get that one in a million view....! The spa massage was one of the best I've ever had and the restaurants were all exceptional
